TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By (1) Rachel Wanjiru Mbugua and (2) Cecilia Wanjiru Waihenya, both of P.O. Box 32–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mbugua, who died at Kagongo, Kiambu, on 26th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2024 By Wangui Karanja, of P.O. Box 250–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Karanja Kanuthu alias Kariuki Kanuthu, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya,on 29th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
