E12 OF 2024 By (1) Monicah Wangari Kibe and (2) Sarah Wanjiku Kibe, both of P.O. Box 2134–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Njoki Kibe, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By Felistus Wanjiku Njenga, of P.O. Box 299, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Boro Waigi alias Peter Njenga Waigi, who died at Longonot, on 18th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
