TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2024 By (1) Tabitha Mukenyi Mutua and (2) Daniel Mutune Kyongo, both of P.O. Box 1230–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduvi Kyongo, who died at District Hospital, Kathiani in Kenya, on 11th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024 By James Musembi Maingi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Maingi Mumo, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 29th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
