TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2023 By Winston Munywoki Musyoka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoka Nzave alias Musyoka Nzabe, who died at district Hospital, Mwingi in Kenya, on 8th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By (1) Cornelius Ngumbau Muthami, (2) Edith Mwende Muthami and (3) Isaac Mwaniki Muthami, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elice Katutu Muthami, who died at Ngoo Sub-location, on 18th March, 20023. THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th April, 2024 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
