E98 OF 2024 By Caroline Atieno Abongo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Abongo Ongaro, who died at Kanyariema, on 4th October, 1999. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2024 By Peter Osengo Nyangweso, of P.O. Box 28, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dera Osengo, who died on 10th August, 1996. CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2024 By Monica Achieng Oyugi, of P.O. Box 34, Rodi Kopany in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyiembo Ombere, who died on 14th August, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
