TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2021 By (1) Alfred Ochieng Oluoch and (2) Margaret Atieno Oluoch, both of P.O. Box 199, Siaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petronila Anyango Oluoch, who died at Siaya Medical Centre, on 4th August, 1994. 5th April, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2024 By (1) Alfred Ochieng Oluoch and (2) Margaret Atieno Oluoch, both of P.O. Box 199, Siaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Oluoch, who died at Mater Hospital in kenya, on 5th July, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
