TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2023 By (1) John Mucheru Gatimu and (2) Marcus Mbuthia Gatimu, both of P.O. Box 136, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Gatimu Mucheru, who died at District Hospital, Busia in Kenya. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Jane Moraa Mochama, of P.O. Box 220, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Mochama Ombui, who died at Molo Sub-County Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
