TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Catherine Wanjiru Muhura, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Muhura Kariuki, who died at Gatong’ora, on 27th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By Debora Wangui Kinya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kinya Kuria, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
