TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2023 By Kariuki Mwangi, of P.O. Box 121, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Rugani alias Mwangi Chege, who died at Githunguri Sub-location, on 22nd August, 1991. CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2023 By Samuel Macharia Mwangi, of P.O. Box 30125, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karaya Ndogo, who died at Ngutu in 1969. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
