E16 OF 2024 By Beatrice Mahonja Masia, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyombele Masia alias Nyabera Masia, who died at Gasianga, on 27th July, 1990. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2024 By Petronilla Kadebe Atonga, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Atonga Kevogo, who died at Kipchekwen sub-location, on 11th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2024 By Josphat Imbaiza Ngeri, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enos Ngeri Maheli alias Enos Ngeri Maheri, who died on 31st July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2023 By Beatrice Imali Karani, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Wilson Karani alias Wwilson Asembo and Herman Alalia, who died at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Kenya, on 29th July, 200 and 14th December, 1991, respectively.
