TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By Sellah Mbayi Nyapola, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Opiyo Shisoka alias Joshwa Isaac, who died on 7th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2024 By Silas Omulama Lutta, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phanuel Lutta, who died on 10th April, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
