E440 OF 2023 By Samuel Eboyi Munyamwesi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saulo Omunyamwesi Kibera alias Saulo Munyamwesi, who died at Madzuu Sub-location, on 8th September, 1995. CAUSE NO. E442 OF 2023 By Elisha Ishuga Mulesi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philimona Mugesi Keyoga alias Mugesi Kedogo alias Filimona Mugesi, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 21st January, 1980. CAUSE NO. E455 OF 2023 By Samuel Eboyi Munyamwesi, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Agoya s/o Babu, who died at Madzuu Sub-location, on 10th October, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
