TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2022 By Joel Igaiza Eboso, the deceaseds’ son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Kageha Eboso and (2) Charles Kimori, who died at Kipchekwen Sub-location, on 7th June, 2018 and 10th July, 2006, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
