TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th April, 2024 CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2023 By Francis Juma Opudo, of P.O. Box 260–40607, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Norbert Opudo Okello alias Norbert Opudo Okelo, who died at Simur Kondiek, on 21st January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2024 By Fredrick Odeyo Olum, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waganda Olum alias William Waganda Olum, who died at Nairobi, on 15th March, 1992. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2024 By Dan Ogoma Odera, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Odera Akara alias James Odera Okara, who died at Barkowino Sub-location, on 10th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2024 By (1) Leonard Juma Otieno, (2) Chris Opado Otieno and (3) Raphael George Kimori Otieno, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barack Otieno Opado, who died at Uyawi, on 19th August, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
