E148 OF 2023 By Agneta Ayugi Owino, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otieno Owino, who died on 9th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2023 By Agneta Ayugi Owino, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng James, who died on 8th December, 2003. 5th April, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2024 By Jane Akinyi Okomo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Okomo Abwao, who died on 21st November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
