Box 45922–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Wacheke Gethi, who died on 16th November, 2003. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2024 By Grace Watetu Kanake, of P.O. Box 1178–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kanake Wahome, who died on 3rd August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
