TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 3rd May, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Githii, (2) Stephen Kagwathi Githii, (3) Wilson Thathi Githii and (4) James Kirubi Githii, all of P.O. Box 53067–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiah Githii Kagwathi, who died at Thome, on 30th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By Esther Nyaguthii Ndiritu, of P.O. Box 147, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ndiritu Wambugu, who died at Kimuru, on 11th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
