TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2022 By (1) Joy Rose K. Rimberia and (2) Priscilla K. Kathurima, both of P.O. Box 2714–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of probate of will annexed to the estate of Rimberia Rangau Stanley alias Rimberia Rangau K. Stanley, who died at Kiirua Sub-location, on 13th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
