TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By (1) Saphina Jepkorir Chelagat and (2) Joseph Chepkirwok Chelagat, both of P.O. Box 67–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kipkoech Chelagat, who died on 13th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Zacharia Kipkechem and (2) Sammy Kipkechem, of P.O. Box 14–30403, Marigat in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkechem Komen alias Kipchape, who died on 30th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
