TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2023 (formerly E1011 of 2023) By (1) David Meshack Okwembah and (2) Andrew Muholo Teyie, both of P.O. Box 9862–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and family friend, respectively, through Messrs. Majanja Luseno & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evelyne Mong’ina Ogutu, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 11th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023 By (1) Peter-Kin Nyamongo Nyamwaro and (2) Obed Ong’ombe Nyamwaro, both of P.O. Box 11607, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. Oange & Associates, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yuniah Bitutu Nyamwaro, who died at Mater Misericordie Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
