CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Maurice Ouma Oindo and (2) Jacob Oindo Owiti, both of P.O. Box 17, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naboth Oindo Owiti, who died on 17th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2024 By Filgona Otunge Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 85, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Odhiambo alias Nicodemo Odhiambo Obure, who died on 3rd April, 1997.
