Box 96, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Nyumba Oyoko alias Morris Nyumba Oyoko, who died at Buoye Sub-location, on 10th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. E583 OF 2023 By Mary Atieno Aruwa Ogunde, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucky Alex Aruwa Ogunde, who died on 14th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E688 OF 2023 By Dorine Midimo Olang, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Olang Omogo alias Fanuel Andiego, who died on 19th October, 2011. CAUSE NO. E715 OF 2023 By (1) Raphael Onyango Ojwang and (2) Miriam Nyamongo Ojwang, both of P.O. box 1793–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caren Atieno Ojwang, who died on 22nd March, 2016. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2024 By (1) Lamech Onyango Ogada, (2) Wycliffe Ogola Oduor and (3) Jackson Omondi Ogada, all of P.O. Box 6731, Kondele in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ogada Ogola, who died at Wathorego Sub-location, on 18th September, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
