CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2024 By Abel Kangethe Waithaka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Irene Gathoni Gachui alias Gathoni Gachui, who died at Thika Hospital in Kenya, on 16th June, 1990. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By (1) Leah Wangui Njogu and (2) George Oluoch Omenda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Odhiambo Omenda, who died at Clayworks, along Thika Super Highway, on 4th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2024 By (1) George Muniu Gathu and (2) Nellius Wanjiku Gathu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Kiarie alias Njoroge Kiarii, who died at Kiamworia Sub-location, on 14th June, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
