Box 20–20321, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gaitho Gachuhi, who died at N.D.H., on 24th January, 2015. CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2024 By Joycelyn Wanjiku Thiga, of P.O. Box 1050–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Thiga Mathenge, who died at Shauri, on 3rd August, 2019. CAUSE NO. 120 OF 2024 By (1) Benson Kariuki Maina and (2) Gilbert Kamau Maina, both of P.O. Box 1016, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Maina Gathu, who died at Leshau Pondo, on 7th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. 128 OF 2024 By (1) Gaspah Njenga Njoroge, (2) Samuel Waweru Kiarii and (3) Esther Nduta Kiarie, all of P.O. Box 483, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Njambi Kiarie alias Pauline Njambi Kiarie, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 7th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
