TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2024 By (1) Michael Kiminza Musyoka, (2) Karoleen Kalunda Musyoka, (3) Catherine Mwende Musyoka and (4) Pamella Mwikali, both of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Musyoka Mbiti, who died at Kitui, on 16th August, 2010. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2024 By (1) Michael Kiminza Musyoka, (2) Karoleen Kalunda Musyoka, (3) Catherine Mwende Musyoka and (4) Pamella Mwikali, both of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sisters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Musyimi Musyoka, who died at Kitui, on 3rd August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
