TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E427 OF 2023 By Millicent Aoko Musumba, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musumba Sirinde, who died at West Asango Sub-location, on 14th September, 1980. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2024 By Mary Wanga Ragumo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barack Ragumo Kotengi, who died at Nyandiwa Sub-location, on 22nd July, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
