E5 OF 2024 By Joice Achieng Otenga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Pius Ocholla, who died on 28th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By Kevin Onyango Onyona, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustine Onyona Alfred alias Augustine Onyona Alfred Pesa, who died at North Kanyabala, on 18th September, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
