Box 214, Burnt Forest in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njagi Chege, who died at Ngarua, on 9th February, 2005. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2024 By (1) Tabitha Wangare and (2) Phylis Nyagothie, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ndungu Wachira, who died at Kamuyu, Lainguse, on 2nd January, 2007. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By (1) Jethro Lusimba Ndusi and (2) Stanley Lusimba Ndusi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Lusimba Maalumu, who died at Kapsoya, on 21st February, 2020. CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2024 By Dina Cheptanui Temuge, of P.O. Box 1157–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Koech Lelei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Temuge Terer alias Temuge A. Terer, who died at Songich, on 17th March, 2010.
