TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2024 By (1) Stanley Muigai Mwangi, (2) Rebecca Njeri Kibe, (3) Esther Wangari Macharia and (4) John Njenga, all of P.O. Box 10620, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estates of (1) John Karanja Mwangi and (2) Wellington Macharia, who died at Chepkanga and Palm Care S.H., on 9th December, 1999 and 22nd June, 2023, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
