E56 OF 2023 By (1) Tabu Asuman Kumbu and (2) Mbeyu Saha Mwadziwe, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Athuman Kumbu, who died at Digirikani, on 29th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By (1) Clarkson Makupe Mwamuye, (2) Gilbert Mwamuye Mwachiro and (3) Jilani Mwamuye, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwamuye Mwachiro alias Bishi, who died at Ngerenyi, on 13th March, 2009. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2024 By Mae Mwaringa Ngowa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Ngowa, who died at Kiriba, Kilifi, on 2nd July, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
