TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2023 By Jackson Gichuki Maina of P.O. Box 19, Mukurweini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Githenji alias Maina s/o Wangui, who died at Nairobi, on 27th May, 1973. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2023 By (1) Nancy Waithera Wachira and (2) Grace Wanjiru Kamau, both of P.O. Box 9–10103, Mukurweini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathimba s/o Warukira alias Gathimba Warukira, who died at Karaba, on 28th August, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
