TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Ann Wambui Nganga and (2) Monicah Njeri Ng’ang’a, both of P.O. Box 454014–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ng’ang’a Njau Muthura alias Nganga Njau, who died at J. M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 21st June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2024 By (1) Samuel Kamunye Mwangi and (2) Lucy Wangari Thuo, both of P.O. Box 14–20318, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mwangi Kamunye, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By Jecinta Wangui Maina, of P.O. Box 14, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Kamau, who died on 22nd December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
