CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2023 By Mrenje Adam Ngao, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jindwa Benjindwa alias Jindwa Bejindwa, who died at Buni, Kisimani, on 2nd May, 1990. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2023 By Grace Mbeyu Dzuya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dzuya Jindwa Chilombi, who died at Buni, Kisimani, on 3rd July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2023 By Gibson Wessa Karuku, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karuku Jindwa alias Jindwa Bejindwa, who died at County Hospital, Kilifi in Kenya, on 26th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
