CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2023 By (1) Joash Victor Mahonga and (2) Simei Chagila Mudigu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Filimona Madigu Chagila alias Timona Mundugu alias Philimona Mudigu, who died at Kegoye Sub-location, on 14th October, 1985. CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2023 By Humphrey Muzami, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Anjuku Muzami alias Benjamin Anjugu Muzami, who died at Makuchi, on 4th August, 2004. CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2024 By (1) Japhet Modole and (2) Enock Khamisi Mugami, both of P. O. Box 51, Hamisi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Modole Khamisi alias James Motole Khamisi, who died on 29th January, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
