TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2023 By Monica Aoko Ojwondo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulando Dismas Odiero alias Dismas Milando Odiero alias Dismas Mulando Odiero , who died at Kasule, on 10th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Serfina Aluoch Goga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Goga Onjweru alias Pitalis Goga, who died on 1st October, 1990. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By Ayub Odhiambo Ogunde, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pilipo Ogunde Ogal alias Ogunde Ogal, who died at Kanyadwera, on 3rd July, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 5th April, 2024.
