E256 OF 2022 By Nyevu Jambo Mwachiro, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwawira Chiguba, who died on 5th April, 1988. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2023 By Mary Njoki Njoroge, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Bindo Rasi, who died on 20th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) Mwalimu Baya Mwabaya and (2) Kanze Baya Thoya, the deceased’s son and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baya Mwabaya, who died at Karakacha, on 18th May, 1985. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Kahindi Kaingu Masha, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadondole Mwatete Chula, who died at Fundissa, on 12th June, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
