TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2023 By Simon Gathingira Kuria, of P.O. Box 467, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kuria Ngarega, who died at Thika Nursing Home, on 22nd August, 2014. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By Joseph Mbugua Thuo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wairimu Thuo Muhungi, who died at Kawendo, on 23rd March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
