TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 56 OF 2024 By (1) George Mwai Mburu, (2) David Nganga Mburu and (3) Mary Wanjiku Mburu, all of P.O. Box 9090-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Mburu Mwai, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 2011. CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2024 By Ruth Wanjiru Ngoto, of P.O. Box 509, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngotho Nyokabi, who died along Ruiru–Devki Road, on 16th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
