CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By Anjelina Moi Shangwe, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Shangwe Walala alias Samwael Shangwe Walala, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, in 2020. CAUSE NO. 44 OF 2024 By Lucy Abuko Osianda, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Frank Oweya Wanekea alias Frank Oweya, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, in 2014. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2024 By Francis Weyimi Nyongesa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Furmensi Nyongesa Masimba, who died at Imanga in 2006.
