E94 OF 2024 By (1) Fredrick Odhiambo Okumu and (2) Christine Adhiambo Odiemo, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Okech Odiemo, who died on at Nyang’oma, 15th April, 1990. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2024 By Agness Atiendo Seje, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okumbe Oduor alias Benjamin Okumbe, who died at Barkowino, on 8th June, 1986.
