REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samwel Kipsang Kitur (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kericho, known as Kericho/Kapsoit/2297, and whereas as the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in Succession Cause No. 33 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Peter Cheruiyot Sang, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Samwel Kipsang Kitur (deceased) has 9th May, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed in the name of Peter Cheruiyot Sang, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samwel Kipsang Kitur (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
