APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 6 (1) (a) and 7 (6) of the Kakamega County Microfinance Corporation Act, 2018, section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, I, Fernandes Barasa, appoint— LEONARD MAYENDE to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Kakamega County Microfinance Corporation, for a period of two and a half years, with effect from the 9th May, 2024.
