REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Janepher Dzine Mwamuye and (2) Malcon Sonje Kalama, both of P.O. Box 48400–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors freehold of all that piece of land containing 0.0303 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 12341/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 34906, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3).
