THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Piero Agostinelli, of P.O. Box 51, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest from the Government of Republic of Kenya of all that piece of land known as Group XI/43, situate in the Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 25793/1, and whereas decree originating summons No. 2 of 2022 (OS) dated 14th September, 2022, ordering and decreeing that (1) Kahindi Mwandoro Chengo, (2) Nicholas Ngumbao Gohu, (3) Karichwa Kazungu Katsono, (4) Kazungu Kitsao and (5) Riziki Charo, be registered as owners and be issued with a certificate of title of the said plot, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed and issue a provisional certificate of title in the name of (1) Kahindi Mwandoro Chengo, (2) Nicholas Ngumbao Gohu, (3) Karichwa Kazungu Katsono, (4) Kazungu Kitsao and (5) Riziki Charo, as ordered by court and such issuance of title issued earlier to Piero Agostinelli, shall be deemed revoked/cancelled and of no effect.
