REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Danaff Kenya Company Limited, of P.O. Box 34920– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 1.67 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kajiado County, registered under title No. Ngong/Township/Block 2/223, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
