REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Martha Wanjiru Murigi (ID/3567821) and (2) Samuel Kibande Njoroge (ID/0059205/63), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.677 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered THE KENYA GAZETTE 17th May, 2024 under title No. Kakuzi/Kirimiri/ Block 9/461, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
