REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bernice Njeri Wachaga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 1/99 (Langalanga), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 2 of 2020, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Dorcas Wanjiru Githinji, (2) Peter Kuria and (3) Boniface Karanja Githinji, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Bernice Njeri Wachaga (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of (1) Dorcas Wanjiru Githinji, (2) Peter Kuria and (3) Boniface Karanja Githinji, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Bernice Njeri Wachaga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
