THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jacton Kaburi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.56 hectares or thereabout, known as Ngariama/Kabare/124, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Court at Gichugu in Succession Cause No. E78 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Solomon Njogu Mbuimwe (ID/2923810), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Solomon Njogu Mbuimwe (ID/2923810), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jacton Kaburi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
