THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thuo Kamau Kagera (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.62 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Ol Joro Orok West/963, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 389 of 2022, has issued letters of administration to Joseph Kamau Thuo (ID/5983278) and (2) Solomon Mungai Thuo (ID/5769075), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Thuo Kamau Kagera (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Thuo Kamau Kagera (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
