GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5949

WHEREAS Mwoni Mbaya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia/Kinamba/Mwenje Block I/641, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 52 of 2023, has issued grant in favour of (1) Richard Theuri Muoni and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Ndiang’ui, whereas the said (1) Richard Theuri Muoni and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Ndiang’ui has executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission of R.L. 19, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in the names of (1) Richard Theuri Muoni and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Ndiang’ui, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwoni Mbaya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
